Customers may be eligible for a refund if the product is defective, damaged, or if there is an error in the order. To be eligible, customers must contact Kllox customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a refund, customers must contact Kllox customer support at support@kllox.com. Customers will be provided with instructions on returning the product. The returned product must be in its original packaging and condition.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Kllox will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and downloadable software. Kllox reserves the right to deny a refund for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Refunds for transactions made through PayPal will be processed back to the original PayPal account. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the customer's PayPal account.
Customers who made purchases using PayPal are also covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. This provides an additional layer of protection for eligible purchases.
